Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences. We accept various payment methods including cash, bank transfer, and credit card. A deposit may be required for larger projects.
We stand behind our workmanship and materials. All repairs come with a warranty period as specified in your service agreement. Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warmshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
